"CodeSmash Hackathon 2023" Zenica

Softray Solutions and the Polytechnic Faculty of Zenica invite all IT students from all BiH faculties to register their teams for the "CodeSmash Hackathon" competition and take advantage of the opportunity to win valuable prizes. The prize fund for the three first-placed teams is 5500 KM.

CodeSmash Hackathon is a competition for IT students from Bosnia and Herzegovina universities,to gather in one place creative minds ready for the challenge of coming up with innovative solutions on a given topic.

The hackathon will be held on April 28, 2023, at the location - ZEDA Impulsnog creative center (ICC), street Poslovna zona Zenica 1, Zmaja od Bosne bb - building TechnoParka bb, Zenica.

Hackathon participants must be over 18 years old and can be students of any faculty in BiH, IT major. Applications are for teams, and teams can consist of 3 to 5 members. The maximum number of teams that can participate is 6, and the selection of teams will be based on the assigned task. The event will last 12 hours, which will be enough to create solutions, have fun and win great prizes. The deadline for applications is April 21, 2023.

The organizers of the competition are Softray Solutions d.o.o. and the Polytechnic Faculty of Zenica. The organizing team of the CodeSmash Hackathon is obliged to provide advisory and technical support to the teams during the duration of the competition. Furthermore, during the competition, the participants will have mentors consisting of experts from the IT company Softray Solutions, who will be available to the teams for all questions related to the presentation of the solution throughout the competition.
